Installation of the emergency shutoff valve is required at various industrial equipments by the High Pressure Gas Safety Law and the Fire Defense Law.

In the MB series of emergency shutoff valve, CO2 gas cartridge with high initial torque is adopted as drive source, and ball valve making smooth movement is adopted at the valve part.
It shutoffs urgently or opens the pipelines of various fluids and is most suitable as safety disaster prevention equipment which prevents second disaster from occurring.

Electric signal type: MBA Series

When a solenoid valve operates with an electric signal from the operation panel, CO2 gas is emitted into the cylinder to activate piston and shut off ball valve urgently.
Comprehensive disaster prevention system can be easily configured in conjunction with various sensors such as gas leak detector and seismoscope through the operation panel.

Line pressure signal type: MBC Series

When pipe line pressure is introduced into the pressure receiving part and the line pressure increases to more than the set pressure, CO2 gas is emitted into the cylinder to activate the piston and shut off ball valve.

Seismoscope signal type: MBD Series

When two seismoscope operate by earthquake, CO2 gas is emitted into the cylinder to activate the piston and shut off ball valve.
